1 - 1
These are private sessions either at client's home or local studio. Ideal for injury rehabilitation or focused individual work.
2 - 1
These are sessions with a partner of a similar ability. Perfect for Pilates with a friend.
These classes are more 'workout' focused, helping participants to get stronger, fitter and more flexible.

Rebecca is a fully Polestar certified Pilates instructor based in West London. She has acquired a great deal of teaching experience and further training over the course of her career, including the classical method.
Encouraging and energetic, Rebecca endeavours to meet her clients' needs by tailoring each session accordingly. With her calm, easy going manner and depth of knowledge she executes a class which strikes the perfect balance between ensuring a good workout, while finding length and fluidity through the body and maintaining the basic principle of Pilates.
Rebecca first encountered Pilates after a recommendation from a physiotherapist following a dance injury. With her background in dance and many other sporting activities she has found Pilates vital for sustaining strength and flexibility to prevent further injury and maintain muscle balance. She is convinced Pilates will help anyone achieve a healthier physicality: from those wanting to 'tone up' their core or improve posture to those wanting to recover from an injury.

Rebecca is based in West London, but has private clients across the city. She offers both 1-1 and small group sessions, either at home or in a local studio.
